Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Join Tekion as an Implementation Specialist and lead dealership user training and support throughout the implementation process. Deliver engaging DMS training to dealership staff, guide fellow specialists, and secure milestone signoffs. Proactively manage risks, maintain organized training materials, and complete certification. Thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and represent Tekion professionally.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of DMS experience in the auto industry. 2. Showcase proven experience implementing SaaS solutions in both large and small auto dealerships. 3. Having experience in an early-stage startup environment is a plus. 4. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively interacting with all levels of stakeholders. 5. Exhibit an established ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for adult learners. 6. Be capable of converting customer suggestions and insights into technical deliverables for Tekion Product & Support teams. 7. Possess 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role (preferred). 8. Willing to travel (flying) 90% of the time. 9. Comfortable receiving minimal instruction on routine tasks and general guidance on new assignments.
