Implementation Manager
Job Description
Join PeopleGrove as an Implementation Manager and lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations, from initial discovery and design to final configuration, testing, training, and go-live. Ensure a seamless transition to client support. Manage multiple concurrent client projects, consistently meeting timelines, deliverables, and expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate client workshops and solution discussions to understand needs, workflows, and success criteria. Guide clients through solution design and configuration decisions, aligned with industry best practices. Ensure data integrity and system readiness prior to launch, coordinating internal resources and quality assurance checks. Provide clear and consistent project status updates and proactively address risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
1. 3 to 5 years' experience in SaaS implementation, project management, consulting, or related fields. 2. Strong client-facing and relationship management skills. 3. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. 4. Experience working with colleges, universities, or the education sector (preferred but not required). 5. Proficiency in project management (planning, timelines, issue tracking, risk management). 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations. 7. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex requirements. 8. Ability to understand and contribute to solution design discussions. 9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. 10. Customer-first mindset with strong accountability and ownership. 11. Familiarity with agile environments and collaboration with product/engineering teams is a plus. 12. Ability to influence, lead discussions, and drive decision making with clients and internal teams. 13. Collaborative working style across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams. 14. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
