Implementation Manager

Job Description

Take charge of the seamless deployment of our solutions at client locations. As Implementation Manager, you will: * Spearhead the full implementation lifecycle, managing everything from hardware setup and configuration to thorough testing and final commissioning. * Deeply analyze client needs and convert them into system functionalities. * Act as the main liaison for our clients throughout each project. * Collaborate closely with the sales, product development, operations, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

To excel in this Implementation Manager role, you'll need: 1. 1-5 years of experience in project oversight, implementation processes, or client onboarding. 2. A robust technical foundation. 3. Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex workflows. 4. Proficiency in both German and English, both spoken and written. 5. Familiarity with IoT solutions, hardware deployments, or the mobility and parking sectors (a plus).
