Take the helm of onboarding and implementation for CreatorIQ's valued customers. From the moment of assignment through to a successful launch, ensure a seamless, top-tier experience. Tailor each customer's CreatorIQ platform to their unique needs and specifications. Leverage your expertise to deliver customized training sessions, based on workflows, specific use cases, and success goals, to empower customers to confidently use and expand their integration with CreatorIQ. Collaborate with both Sales and Customer Success teams to keep everyone aligned on customer goals, manage expectations effectively, and guarantee smooth onboarding and long-term achievements. Employ your expertise in CreatorIQ's strategies and best practices to navigate intricate challenges. Continuously enhance platform capabilities and contribute to product improvements.

Qualifications

1. Possess 4+ years of experience in enterprise software, digital media, social platforms, or SaaS, specializing in implementation, onboarding, or account management. 2. Showcase strong project management skills, adept at problem-solving, and highly organized. Excel at handling multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 3. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Possess the ability to present clearly, train effectively, and explain complex ideas to various audiences. 4. Embrace a customer-centric approach with high emotional intelligence. Be a strong listener with a drive to resolve client issues and achieve successful outcomes. 5. Be a process-driven team player, adaptable to change, and eager to travel when needed (up to 25% annually).
