Implementation Consultant

Job Description

Join Samsara as an Implementation Consultant, guiding customers in deploying our technology for quick value realization. You will lead workshops to establish efficient processes, guide change management, conduct training, and overcome obstacles with executives and users. Manage multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or onboarding, preferably with Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to follow methodologies. 3. 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products. 4. Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management capabilities. 5. Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations. 6. Experience managing >20 implementations/projects simultaneously. 7. Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 8. Passion for exceeding expectations and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment. 9. German fluency.
