Impact Manager

Job Description

Enveritas is seeking an Impact Manager to lead interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers. This role involves managing a small team of analysts, identifying opportunities in the agricultural sector, designing programs from start to finish, tracking results, and maintaining relationships with external partners. We want someone who can help to drive our sustainability initiatives forward and positively affect global communities.

Qualifications

1. Requires 6-12 years of experience. 2. Requires at least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at Project Leader or Engagement Manager level. 3. Requires 2+ additional years of experience in industry, ideally in tech firms, VC-backed start-ups, or impact investing. 4. A university degree in science or engineering (preferred). 5. Requires strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with large datasets; knowledge of basic statistics and the scientific method; comfort with R, Python, or similar tools. 6. Requires proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships. 7. Requires experience managing a team, including remotely and across cultures.
