Job Description

As an Immigration Analyst, you will: * Investigate and analyze immigration regulations and procedures. * Connect with local service providers to conduct immigration evaluations. * Ensure accurate completion of right-to-work checks, adhering to government regulations and internal standards. * Contribute to the development of country summaries and process maps. * Monitor case progress, proactively identify potential issues, and take preventive measures to avoid delays or service disruptions. * Keep detailed case records to facilitate audits, ensure compliance, and achieve successful outcomes from the start. * Serve as a liaison between immigration clients, local experts, and external immigration vendors to promote effective communication and timely advancement of cases.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Immigration Analyst role, you should have: 1. A year or more of experience in direct client service. 2. The ability to interpret, translate, and communicate complex immigration concepts, processes, and policies effectively to various stakeholders. 3. The ability to identify critical priorities and develop solutions under pressure. 4. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in another LATAM or EMEA language is advantageous.
