Job Description

Join our team as a Hygienist Recruiter, playing a key role in sourcing top talent for Aspen Dental. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft effective recruiting strategies. You will be responsible for: * Partnering with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan * Opening requisitions and posts job openings * Sourcing licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools and Social Media channels * Screening, qualifying, and making recommendations for interviews * Working closely with the Academic team to recruit from colleges/universities and Hygiene programs * Managing the candidate selection/interview process * Managing the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations

Qualifications

To excel in this Hygienist Recruiter role, you'll need: 1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2. 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment 3. Healthcare experience a plus 4. Strong communication skills 5. Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel 6. Ideal candidate resides in central or eastern standard time 7. Ability for occasional travel for team meetings and academic/networking events
