Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding and offboarding. You'll also maintain accurate employee records, support recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating virtual interviews. The candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws, handle employee relations with professionalism, assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and time tracking. Also, you'll maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures, track employee performance and training, and generate HR reports as needed.
Qualifications
1. Requires at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role. 2. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment compliance is required. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. High level of organization and attention to detail is mandatory. 5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. 6. Experience with HRIS platforms and remote collaboration tools. 7. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. 8. Experience supporting a remote or international workforce is also preferred. 9. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
