Job Description

Osaic is seeking a Human Resources Intern to analyze employee communications data. This role involves analyzing readership and engagement metrics across internal channels to support communication tests and pilot experiments. The intern will be responsible for creating concise insight summaries and visuals to aid in decision-making and strategy refinement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee communications and contribute to optimizing internal communication strategies within a leading wealth management solutions provider.

Qualifications

1. Pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Behavioral Insights, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Demonstrated academic success with a minimum 3.0 GPA. 3. Minimum academic standing of Sophomore. 4. Active enrollment in an accredited university. 5. Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel/Sheets. 6. Comfortable with remote collaboration and Zoom meeting environments. 7. Ability to attend in-person meetings. 8. Must have a stable wired Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps. 9. Must provide a personal computer with an up-to-date Operating System and Drivers (Windows 11+ or Mac OS 14+). Hardware requirements: at least 4 CPUs, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage with at least 2 GB of free space.
