Seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, ensuring timely resolution of disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, and performance issues. Conduct objective investigations, provide coaching to managers on conflict resolution and performance management, and support employees with HR-related inquiries. Act as a trusted advisor and foster a positive work environment within our healthcare organization.
Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of HR experience, with employee relations expertise. 2. Experience in workplace investigations and employee relations case management. 3. Proven conflict resolution and mediation abilities. 4. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
