Job Description

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic workforce planning and manage daily HR operations. This role involves partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals focused on growth, service excellence, quality, and ethical practices. The HR Director will ensure alignment with company policies and manage salary administration, requiring up to 50% travel within the designated market. A successful candidate must clear a Motor Vehicle Records check.

Qualifications

1. Proven ability to manage talent effectively, aligning with organizational performance metrics. 2. Strong understanding of essential HR tools, structures, and procedures. 3. Experience in designing and leading projects and initiatives to align with organizational goals. 4. Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with both employees and leadership. 5. Capable of influencing senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives. 6. Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions. 7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 8. Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
