Job Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator at The Nature Conservancy, you'll provide administrative support by preparing HR data reports. You'll handle sensitive employee data, coordinate special project activities, and maintain accurate personnel files. This role involves preparing new hire materials, facilitating new hire orientation, and ensuring candidates follow onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also process personnel changes in the HR system, respond to employee queries, and ensure compliance with TNC guidelines. Additionally, you'll manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s degree, HR professional certification or 4 years HR-related experience, or equivalent combination. 2. Experience maintaining files, processing paperwork, data entry or related. 3. Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries. 4. Experience working with MS Office software and database software.
