Human Resources Business Partner, UKG Pro
Job Description
Become a vital advisor to facility and corporate leaders, providing insights on workforce trends, benefits strategy, compliance risks, and HR systems optimization. Utilize workforce data, including turnover, headcount, benefits participation, overtime, and absenteeism, to guide leadership decisions. Administer health & welfare, retirement, leave, COBRA, and ancillary plans. Manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, vendor escalations, and reconciliation processes. Lead annual open enrollment end-to-end, from requirements to post-launch validation. Serve as the primary HRIS administrator for core UKG Pro HCM modules, including employee data, benefits, learning, performance management, voice, and compensation. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on headcount, turnover, benefits costs, enrollment metrics, and ACA reporting.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2. 3-5+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or HRIS analyst roles in multi-site organizations. 3. Hands-on configuration and support experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) is required. 4. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), data auditing, and HR reporting capabilities. 5. Experience with UKG and Cognos report writing is required. 6. Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, and Section 125 plans. 7. Vendor management and EDI file troubleshooting experience. 8. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
