Human and Automated Test Analyst

Job Description

Join our team as a Human and Automated Test Analyst, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our applications. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the team during development sprints to define test scenarios and execute manual tests across web, desktop, and mobile applications. - Working closely with the team to meet all prerequisites for test execution. - Assisting in the training and development of team members regarding processes and technologies. - Proposing process improvements to optimize delivery outcomes. - Introducing tools, processes, and methodologies to boost efficiency. - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications/frameworks for test automation. - Supporting the integration of automation frameworks with project and test management systems. - Actively participating in the creation and management of Quality Gates and automated test frameworks within CI pipelines.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess: 1. Experience in improving software quality processes. 2. Professional experience with TypeScript and test automation using technologies like Cypress or Playwright. 3. Proficiency in Supertest, RestAssured, or Postman/Newman. 4. Solid experience with Appium or, preferably, Detox. 5. Experience integrating automated tests into CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). 6. Experience in manual testing and test automation for front-end, back-end, and mobile software. 7. Familiarity with software quality practices and project management tools. 8. Basic knowledge of databases. 9. Experience with Cucumber and BDD-style test scenarios. 10. Knowledge of the software test lifecycle. 11. Experience across test processes (planning, test design, execution, reporting). 12. Experience with agile development methodologies.
