Job Description

Define the HRIS strategy, aligning with HR leadership's main goals. Improve the efficiency of hire-to-retire processes. Automate onboarding and offboarding tasks. Manage business process frameworks within Workday. Control security roles and access permissions. Keep employee master data accurate and current. Handle integrations with: Identity management systems Payroll and benefits providers Finance systems Data warehouse Provide support for HR reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

1. 5-10+ years of experience owning HRIS systems. 2. Strong skills in Workday HCM setup. 3. Must have hands-on experience in leading or participating in a full Workday implementation. 4. Knowledge of HR business operations. 5. Understanding of integration and security models.
