Qualifications
1. Requires 10+ years of HRBP experience in global, high-growth organizations, preferably SaaS/CpaaS. 2. Deep understanding of sales dynamics across various business scales. 3. Experience supporting global revenue teams and knowledge of sales performance drivers. 4. High curiosity and experience using AI to enhance strategy and identify gaps. 5. Adept at advising senior leaders on strategy, design, and development.
