HRA Operations Associate – Weekends

Job Description

Become an integral part of Vitable Health as an HRA Operations Associate! Provide outstanding support to our members through phone, email, and chat channels, focusing on weekends. You'll be instrumental in educating members about their insurance options, including ICHRA and HRA plans, as well as ACA marketplace alternatives. Your responsibilities include submitting insurance applications, resolving benefit-related inquiries, and assisting members in navigating the healthcare system. Elevate the member experience by identifying and escalating recurring issues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Active health insurance license required (or a commitment to obtain one). 2. Possess 2+ years of experience in customer support, member services, or insurance operations. 3. Familiarity with ICHRA, HRA, or ACA marketplace plans is strongly preferred. 4. Exhibit empathetic and confident communication skills, particularly on the phone. 5. Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends, is essential. 6. Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus.
