HR Specialist – Global Support
Job Description
Join our team as an HR Specialist and provide operational HR support across various regions and time zones. Manage and execute global HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures. Address inquiries via the HR hotline and written channels, resolving EOR and client HR-related questions. Process operational requests promptly within established SLAs. Serve as a temporary backup for country HR operations during coverage gaps. Collaborate with country owners and team leads to maintain consistent HR service delivery. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to operational improvements as needed. Handle other ad hoc duties to support the operational needs of the HR Experience department.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared Services, or a similar HR support role. 2. Fluent in English and local language. 3. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 global support model. 4. Demonstrated experience working in high-volume HR operational environments. 5. Experience working in a global HR environment supporting multiple regions or countries. 6. Proven ability to manage time-sensitive HR requests and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment. 9. Experience handling HR helpdesk, HR hotline, or ticket-based support systems is highly desirable. 10. Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or HRIS platforms. 11. Must be located in one of these countries: Malaysia, Philippines, or India.
