HR Recruiter

Job Description

Hood Container Corporation is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to manage a high volume of salary and hourly requisitions. This role involves overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, contributing to the development of effective recruiting strategies, and utilizing various sourcing methods, including referrals, job advertisements, and strategic industry partnerships. The HR Recruiter will become an expert in the Application Tracking System (ATS) - ADP, providing training and identifying improvement opportunities within the recruitment process. Additionally, there are opportunities to support the administration and management of HR & Employee programs, such as Training, Performance Reviews, and Employee Recognition, with potential for growth in HR Project Management.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary-level positions. 2. Experience providing HR support within a manufacturing setting. 3. Proficient sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed. 4. Familiarity with ATS and LMS platforms. 5. Experience in the corrugated industry is advantageous. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. 7. An aptitude for technology to enhance productivity and automation is desirable.
