Job Description
Drive significant enhancements in HR effectiveness by spearheading comprehensive assessments of HR processes. Recommend strategic, technology-driven optimization solutions. Translate intricate user requirements into explicit, actionable system specifications and success metrics, utilizing user-focused design methodologies. Collaborate with IT departments and external vendors to assess, choose, and implement HR technology platforms. Ensure alignment with business objectives, overseeing demos and proof-of-concept projects. Enhance the simplicity and user satisfaction of HR technologies by implementing appropriate UX structures. Continuously refine usability and engagement strategies. Guarantee successful technology integration by creating and implementing detailed rollout plans, including communication protocols, training programs, process diagrams, and resource materials. Address systematic process deficiencies by conducting thorough root-cause analyses of non-technical issues. Work alongside stakeholders to establish enduring resolutions. Provide dependable, superior-quality technology implementations by managing testing protocols and user acceptance procedures. Partner with IT, Ethics, and Legal departments to uphold data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
1. Experience in analyzing and consulting on business processes, including documenting workflows, pinpointing pain points, and recommending pragmatic enhancements. 2. Proven capacity to identify avenues for simplification, automation, or the integration of AI in process improvements. 3. Ability to rapidly learn new business processes and the technologies that underpin them. 4. Experience in partnering with HR professionals to convert business needs into process and system requirements, aiding in user acceptance testing (UAT), and promoting the integration of process and technology changes. 5. Fundamental project management skills, including the development of broad strategies, tracking progress on actions/issues, and creating testing methodologies and plans. 6. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, encompassing process documentation and stakeholder engagement. 7. Prior experience as a business analyst, process improvement specialist, or internal consultant. 8. Background in HR processes or HR technologies. 9. Familiarity with continuous improvement models, design thinking, or other systematic problem-solving techniques. 10. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification at any level is advantageous.
