HR Operations Specialist
Job Description
Join Scrambly as an HR Operations Specialist and manage the complete employee lifecycle. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, coordinate employee exits, and handle employment contracts. Maintain employee records, improve HR workflows, and automate tasks to eliminate manual work. Support internal team operations, assist in organizing activities, and maintain HR documentation in Notion, ClickUp, or Google Drive. Bring clarity to internal systems and contribute to a fast-paced, growing startup.
Qualifications
1. 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Administration. 2. Experience working with HRM or ATS systems. 3. Strong process and systems thinking. 4. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. 6. Experience working with HR documentation and internal processes. 7. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Notion / ClickUp. 8. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously. 9. English level: Intermediate+ (for internal communication and documentation). **Nice to Have:** 1. Experience in a digital product company/startup environment. 2. Experience with HR process automation. 3. Understanding of recruitment processes. 4. Experience working in fast-growing teams.
