HR Operations, Global Mobility – Tier II
Job Description
The HR Operations, Global Mobility – Tier II role delivers operational support to strengthen the global mobility framework. You'll be instrumental in implementing and refining internal processes for international assignments. Key responsibilities include supporting a global workforce of over 1,000 active assignees and about 200 pending, rotational, or repatriating cases. The role requires serving as a subject matter expert across diverse relocation and deployment scenarios, and managing/resolving vendor escalations related to employee cases.
Qualifications
1. HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience 2. Prior experience in HRIS systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications 3. Minimum 4 years of Global Mobility experience
