Job Description

Join Connexus Credit Union as an HR Operations Generalist and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and compliant HR activities. Manage daily HR operations, including maintaining HRIS data, employee records, and processing employee life-cycle events. Support HR compliance by maintaining the employee handbook, generating reports, and assisting with payroll and leave processes. Partner with HR leadership to communicate and administer HR policies, procedures, and regulations. Own and manage the administration of employee lifecycle events, including hires, transfers, and terminations. Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Maintain and audit personnel files, complete employment verifications, and resolve data discrepancies. Develop and analyze HR Operations metrics to drive process improvements. Support Connexus leadership on employee handbook matters and manage required HR compliance reporting. Oversee and update annual employment posters and create and maintain SOPs for the HR Operations team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Communications, or equivalent experience. 2. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Specialist. 3. Prior HRIS experience (e.g., Workday). 4. Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word.
