Job Description
Provide support for client hiring needs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Handle end-to-end medical provider credentialing, including managing applications and renewals. Keep provider profiles up-to-date across platforms such as CAQH. Ensure compliance with credentialing mandates and track expiration dates. Partner with internal teams and external entities regarding credentialing matters. Maintain accurate and current employee personnel records. Aid in comprehensive recruitment efforts, encompassing candidate sourcing and screening. Contribute to onboarding procedures and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Qualifications
1. Medical provider credentialing experience (highly preferred). 2. Hands-on experience with CAQH and insurance credentialing portals. 3. Familiarity with Medicare credentialing and compliance standards is a strong advantage. 4. Background in HR functions, including recruitment and personnel record management. 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. 8. Experience in a BPO and healthcare support environment. 9. Knowledge of US healthcare systems and insurance processes.
