HR Intern – Recruitment and Training
Job Description
Gaea21 is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment and training initiatives. Responsibilities include: 1. Collaborating with project coordinators to identify recruitment needs. 2. Crafting and distributing job postings to schools and universities. 3. Sourcing candidates and conducting recruitment interviews. 4. Assisting with new hire onboarding, coaching, and mentoring. 5. Contributing to administrative tasks, including internship agreements and remote work setup. 6. Delivering HR training sessions on tools, processes, and soft skills. 7. Monitoring and validating HR learning pathways and acquired competencies. 8. Contributing to HR monitoring and the development of our collaborative HRIS.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. Education in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational/Work Psychology (ongoing, upcoming, or completed). 2. Strong motivation for HR, training, and people-focused project management. 3. Excellent organizational, autonomous, and proactive skills. 4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. 5. Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion. 6. Minimum French level: B2 (English is a plus).
