HR Generalist

Austria – Remote Part-time$3k - $3k /month

Job Description

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing HR administration and employee data. This includes contracts, personnel files, HRIS systems, and time tracking. You'll be the point of contact for payroll, handling preparation, verification, and communication. Key responsibilities include monitoring time tracking, ensuring compliance, and managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will independently conduct the full recruiting process, ensuring adherence to employment law and continuously improving HR processes and policies. You'll implement HR projects and serve as the main contact for employees and managers on employment law and organizational matters. Your role also includes preparing, analyzing, and improving HR reporting and key metrics.

Qualifications

1. Several years of experience in an HR generalist role. 2. Solid knowledge of Austrian employment law and ideally the IT collective agreement (IT-KV). 3. Experience in recruiting, payroll processes, and HR systems. 4. Structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality. 5. Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality. 6. Business-fluent German and good command of English.
