HR Generalist – Mid Shift
Job Description
Engage closely with various departments to tailor HR solutions that address their unique needs, contributing to enhanced performance and the overall success of the organization. Provide support to the HR Manager in delivering a range of services crucial to the business operations. Contribute to employee relations initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective conflict resolution strategies are in place. Implement talent management and development programs designed to foster employee growth and career advancement. Lead training sessions aimed at promoting the development and well-being of team members. Utilize workforce metrics and trend analysis to inform decision-making and improve workforce strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner capacity. 3. Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. 5. Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations matters with composure and professionalism. 6. Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting. **Skills and Qualifications** 7.
