HR Experience Specialist
Job Description
Join Deel as an HR Experience Specialist! In this role, you will ensure compliance and smooth HR operations in your assigned country, following employment laws and operational rules. You'll handle leave requests, process admin tasks for Employees of Record (EORs), and update HR knowledge. Providing support to EORs and clients, you'll also manage onboarding/offboarding. Collaborate on HR projects and be the go-to expert for operational quality in your country.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years as an HR Specialist, managing the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. 2. Fluency in English. 3. Located in EMEA with UK labor law knowledge. 4. Minimum CIPD Level 3 HR certification. 5. Excellent communication and customer orientation. 6. International HR experience in EMEA is a plus. 7. Start-up experience is valued. 8. Strong analytical skills to resolve HR issues. 9. Data-driven to improve response times and employee experience. 10. Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, or Slack is a plus.
