Seeking an HR Executive Intern to support our HR team. Key responsibilities include creating and updating job descriptions, advertising job openings on various platforms, sourcing potential candidates, and screening applications. You will also assist in updating employee databases, gathering attendance and leave data, and coordinating with the accounts team on payroll processing. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and participate in weekly review meetings. Bring fresh perspectives and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Qualifications

1. Masters degree specializing in HR or a related field from a reputed Institute. 2. Good conceptual knowledge in HR. 3. Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow established systems and processes. 4. Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
