Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage employee records, support onboarding, and handle inquiries. Manage recruitment for Head Office Operations roles across Canada and the United States, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, assessments, and interview coordination. Assist in performance reviews and complete Canadian payroll weekly, with US payroll backup duties. This role requires a proactive approach and commitment to data-driven recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of HR coordination experience. 2. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent. 3. Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation. 4. Exceptional communication skills. 5. Strong organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms (BambooHR is an asset). 7. High attention to detail and confidentiality. 8. Proactive, solution-focused mindset. 9. Proficiency in French is an asset. 10. Must reside and be authorized to work in Canada.
