Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will: - Collaborate with business leaders and managers to enhance team effectiveness, manage performance, and address daily people-related decisions. - Translate business objectives into actionable strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance optimization, and workforce planning. - Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance discussions with a practical and discerning approach. - Support workforce planning, track headcount, and analyze people data in collaboration with Finance and HR leadership. - Contribute to talent development initiatives, including onboarding, career advancement, internal mobility, and learning programs. - Leverage people data and feedback to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend areas for improvement. - Operate across diverse geographical and business contexts, tailoring strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
Key qualifications for this role include: 1. Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 2. Solid understanding of core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management processes. 3. Ability to provide managers with practical, business-aligned advice rather than strictly adhering to policy-driven solutions. 4. Strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguous situations. 5. Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
