HR Assistant Intern – Recruitment and Training
Job Description
Join gaea21 as a HR Assistant Intern and support our recruitment and training initiatives. Collaborate with project coordinators to identify hiring needs, craft compelling job ads, and source top talent. Assist with onboarding, provide coaching and mentoring, and manage administrative tasks related to internships and remote work. Lead HR training sessions to enhance employee skills and contribute to the development of our collaborative HRIS. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and impactful role.
Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational Psychology. 2. Passion for HR, training, and people-focused project management. 3. Excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently. 4. Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills (written and verbal). 5. Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion. 6. Minimum French level B2 required; English proficiency is a plus.
