Job Description
As an HR Advisor, you'll provide coaching and counseling to employees and leadership, ensuring fair policy application and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include investigating employee relations issues, conducting training, maintaining records, and participating in recruitment and HR projects. Uphold a positive workplace culture through employee advocacy and stewardship of company policies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 2. Two years of related HR experience. 3. Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law. 4. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. 5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. 6. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 7. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
