Host Sales Manager – Seasonal Exchange
Job Description
As a Host Sales Manager, you'll spearhead a team of International Recruitment Specialists, driving engagement with host employers and boosting job sales in your designated area. Your role involves guiding the team to acquire new host employers while nurturing and growing relationships with existing ones. Coach the team on effective sales techniques, encompassing lead generation, proactive outreach, compelling presentations, and securing commitments. Support ongoing account management, resolving host-related issues, and delivering exceptional service to cultivate lasting client relationships. Partner with the Senior Manager of CIEE Canada Direct Office to achieve annual program sales targets and advance long-term business development goals for all Canadian market-related Inbound Exchange programs. Take the lead in sales by overseeing a team of International Recruitment Specialists, securing new hosts, and strengthening existing partnerships within a specified region. Work together with leadership to create and implement strategic sales plans for the region, consistently exceeding seasonal goals. Establish individualized sales objectives and pipeline targets for team members. Craft outreach strategies to attract new hosts and renew existing relationships. Provide top-tier account management by fostering long-term relationships and ensuring the team delivers on promises. Identify growth and retention opportunities. Actively participate in high-level sales activities, presenting to potential and current hosts. Consult with hosts on hiring strategies that align with participant availability and market trends. Collaborate with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality. Maintain open communication and provide proactive support to ensure a positive experience for all involved.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience needed, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions. 3. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing people is preferred. 4. Ability to make conclusions and form strategy based on data. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Proactive mindset and preference for a fast-paced environment. 8. Ability to work with remote staff. 9. Ability to investigate and analyze information to solve problems effectively. 10. Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented. 11. Tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor. 12.
