Join CIEE as a Host Sales Manager and lead a dynamic team of International Recruitment Specialists. Drive host employer engagement and boost job sales within your designated territory. Coach your team in effective sales strategies, including lead generation and persuasive presentations. Offer unparalleled account management, promptly addressing host-related issues to nurture enduring client relationships. Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of CIEE Canada Direct Office to achieve annual program sales goals and long-term business development objectives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed seasonal goals, set individualized sales goals for team members, and create effective outreach strategies. Provide comprehensive support, proactive communication, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree required. 2. Minimum 3-6 years of B2B sales experience; human capital solutions preferred. 3. Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred. 4. Ability to analyze data and create a data-driven strategy. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Proactive with a preference for fast-paced environments. 8. Experience working with remote teams. 9. Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and efficiently solve problems. 10. Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented. 11. Tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor. 12. Tech proficiency required; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams preferred. 13. Innovative, creative, and adaptable to changing environments. 14.
