As a Healthcare Solutions Director, you will spearhead the creation, strategy, and implementation of intricate healthcare relocation projects. This involves assisting in the detailed evaluation, development, and budgeting phases for both healthcare and laboratory moves. Your role encompasses overseeing all operational, administrative, and strategic functions, from the initial planning stages to the final execution. You'll be accountable for the overall success of the portfolio and project team, guiding a diverse, cross-functional team towards the delivery of exceptional results. Responsibilities include defining project scopes, drafting proposals, managing budgets, and setting schedules, all while ensuring alignment among internal teams, clients, vendors, and trade partners. Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows is essential for efficient team execution, maintaining accountability for quality, timing, and financial performance. As the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, you will manage communications, pivotal decisions, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and enforce standard protocols, processes, and documentation to ensure operational consistency and compliance within the healthcare and laboratory sectors. You will structure project plans and align resources with design, equipment, transition planning, and construction teams. Financial oversight includes managing invoice approvals and purchase orders, while delegating day-to-day coordination tasks. You'll monitor project progress through regular reporting, ensuring milestones are achieved and addressing potential risks. Leading your team through critical execution phases, from final walk-throughs to post-project follow-ups, ensures successful outcomes and high client satisfaction. Maintaining open communication with internal and external stakeholders reinforces company standards and operational excellence through strong leadership, decision-making, and accountability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience. 2. Ability to translate client needs into executable relocation strategies. 3. Experience in developing scopes of work and phasing plans. 4. Strong systems thinking to connect logistics, facilities, and operational workflows. 5. Ability to build and validate budgets aligned with operational plans. 6. Understanding of key cost drivers in labor, warehousing, and transportation. 7. Experience in client-facing solution development. 8. Knowledge of relocation logistics in healthcare environments. 9. Ability to anticipate operational risks and develop solutions. 10. Experience guiding teams through complex environments. 11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools. 12. Ability to interpret plans and operational workflows.
