Job Description

As the Health and Wellness Director at Brookdale, your leadership will be key in guiding the clinical team to deliver outstanding care and services to our residents. You'll actively forge strong connections with residents, their families, doctors, and other healthcare experts to ensure well-coordinated and tailored care. Collaboration with the community leadership will be consistent as you mentor and engage your team, aiming to boost satisfaction among residents and their families.

Qualifications

1. Must have the required education and a valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). 2. Must have a valid Driver’s license. 3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; clinical leadership experience is highly preferred. 4. Must possess a strong understanding of technology, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation.
