Head of SMS Lead Generation Strategy – Sending, Data Acquisition
Job Description
Spearhead the SMS lead generation efforts, focusing on sourcing and compliant data acquisition. Responsibilities include: 1. Identifying, vetting, and negotiating revenue-share agreements with data vendors and lead aggregators who possess high-intent homeowner data. 2. Designing, launching, and managing end-to-end SMS marketing campaigns. 3. Serving as the internal expert on SMS compliance, adhering to regulations. 4. Selecting, implementing, and managing SMS platforms to support compliant messaging. 5. Continuously A/B testing messaging scripts, cadence, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI. 6. Collaborating with the sales/acquisitions team to ensure a seamless lead handoff. 7. Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or business development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on high-volume SMS marketing. 2. Experience generating leads in the real estate sector is highly preferred. 3. Understanding of TCPA regulations, 10DLC registration, opt-in/opt-out requirements, and carrier filtering rules. 4. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of structuring data partnerships. 5. Hands-on experience with enterprise SMS platforms, CRM integrations, and data management tools. 6. Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimizations. 7. Entrepreneurial spirit.
