Job Description

Join our ambitious SEO agency as Head of SEO, where you'll lead our SEO department to new heights! As Head of SEO, you'll be at the helm of a team of 3 to 4 SEO Team Leads, steering the strategic vision and ensuring the delivery of top-notch results for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Directly managing and mentoring SEO Team Leads, helping them hone their managerial skills. Crafting and refining SEO processes for continuous improvement. Maintaining a high standard of quality for all deliverables. Engaging in 1 to 2 days per month of client-facing work to stay in touch with real-world challenges. Participating in pivotal decisions regarding service offerings, positioning, and organizational structure. Monitoring the overall churn rate of the SEO department as the main KPI.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Head of SEO with: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO agency setting. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing SEO teams. 3. Strategic mindset, performance-driven, and customer-focused approach. 4. Comfort and adaptability in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments. 5. Ability to structure tasks, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
