Spearhead a smart sales strategy that positions us as a premier education provider, amplifying our visibility. Lead and motivate our sales team to secure new participants and forge strong partnerships for our programs. Cultivate enduring relationships with partners, educational bodies, and key stakeholders, including the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and job centers. Develop inventive sales campaigns and events to elevate the appeal of our educational offerings. Closely monitor metrics and refine sales tactics through comprehensive reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years in sales, preferably in education, recruitment, or EdTech. 2. Proven leadership to build, guide, and motivate a top-performing team. 3. Passionate about sales with knowledge of effective customer & partner acquisition. 4. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. 5. Ability to develop strategic sales plans using data, market analysis & feedback. 6. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. 7. Proactive with creative solutions; thrives in dynamic environments.
