Job Description

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will: - Develop and execute a comprehensive AI-focused RevOps strategy, aligning GTM teams for shared revenue objectives and creating AI-augmented commercial strategies. - Strategically utilize LLMs, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation to optimize workflows, transitioning from manual processes to self-operating systems. - Establish and monitor essential KPIs, implement predictive revenue forecasting, and leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities. - Assess, select, and manage the GTM technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker), ensuring seamless AI integration for a cohesive, high-velocity operation. - Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships, promoting transparency and continuous improvement, and serve as the internal advocate for AI-driven operational transformation. - Lead enablement initiatives to equip GTM teams with the necessary skills and AI toolchains to effectively harness automation. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, particularly emerging AI technologies in SaaS, to maintain the RevOps function's agility and innovation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. A strong passion for and proven ability to drive AI-driven efficiency to continuously upgrade and modernize the RevOps tech stack. 2. A demonstrated interest in and curiosity about emerging AI technologies, along with a proactive desire to experiment and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance operations. 3. 2-3 years of experience in team leadership. 4. Significant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or customer success operations; ideally within a SaaS company. 5. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through process optimization, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making. 6. Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, KPIs, and best practices. 7. Ideally, expertise in SaaS pricing models and commercial strategy. 8. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker). 9. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. 10. The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
