Head of Product Growth
Job Description
Orchestrate a hybrid sales approach by identifying product signals indicating a contractor is ready for a sales conversation. Develop playbooks to convert these signals into a pipeline for both new subscriber acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base. Drive activation and expansion by owning the in-product experience to quickly deliver value to new contractors. Design expansion loops to encourage deeper adoption and multi-product retention across the customer base. Grow self-service revenue by managing the self-service approach across transactional and subscription products, with a focus on Measure+ and in-product upgrade paths. Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Roofr Voice, an AI voice agent for roofing contractors, defining success as a retention driver and a new revenue stream. Lead the Growth team, including Engineering, Design, and Data Science. Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and manage key growth metrics to guide leadership decisions.
Qualifications
1. 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS, with vertical SaaS experience being a strong advantage. 2. Proven experience in building a hybrid product-led and sales-led approach, understanding the challenges of integrating these strategies. 3. Strong understanding of activation and expansion, with expertise in designing user journeys to improve time-to-value and long-term retention. 4. Experience in managing both transactional and subscription revenue models. 5. Comfortable conducting end-to-end experiments, including design, success criteria definition, and execution. 6. Proficient in growth metrics such as activation rate, adoption, expansion revenue, and NRR, with the ability to perform independent analysis. 7. Experience with tools like Amplitude, HubSpot, and Snowflake or similar data warehouses. 8. Experience in building or scaling AI-powered products is a significant advantage. 9. Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, working collaboratively. 10. Excellent communication skills at all levels, from executive to analyst. 11. Must be based in the US or Canada.
