Head of Product – B2B SaaS
Job Description
Lead product execution, roadmap, and operations at SARAL. Conduct customer interviews, user research, and beta conversations. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and analyze churn patterns. Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives across different product lines. Steer sprint planning and work closely with the engineering team. Take full ownership of the PULSE product, focusing initially on end-to-end development. Develop detailed specifications, designs, and guide engineering execution. Ensure consistent shipping velocity and high product quality. Establish and monitor product metrics such as activation, retention, and usage. Stay updated on market trends and the competitive environment. Maintain high standards for user experience (UX), copywriting, and design. Manage and mentor the product and design teams. Maintain cross-functional alignment with engineering leadership to ensure a cohesive product development strategy.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience as a product manager. 2. Experience in building B2B SaaS products. 3. Experience in early-stage (0-1) product development is preferred. 4. Strong product judgment and execution skills. 5. High level of ownership and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. 6. Customer-first approach with strong research capabilities. 7. Strong design sensibility and attention to UX quality. 8. Ability to prioritize and make strategic trade-offs. 9. Awareness of market trends in DTC, Shopify, or affiliate ecosystems. 10. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 11. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
