Head of Pipeline Growth – Integrated Campaigns

Job Description

Drive Unit21's demand generation with a focus on marketing-sourced pipeline, meetings, and coverage against targets. Maintain a live view of pipeline health across verticals, proactively identifying risks and activating programs to close gaps. Develop integrated programs across paid channels, webinars, partner programs, and demand motions. Ensure campaigns support pipeline generation, balancing execution with experimentation. Manage a paid demand budget and allocate spend based on pipeline needs. Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to improve forecasting, optimize funnel conversion, and align demand investments. Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and funnel analytics to assess performance, interpret attribution, and communicate tradeoffs. Lead and manage influencers, publishers, and third-party vendors. Develop and test new demand motions while maintaining a disciplined balance. Represent the voice of pipeline performance in cross-functional planning.

Qualifications

1. 6-10+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or pipeline generation roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software. 2. Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and meeting targets, including forecasting coverage. 3. Strong integrated campaign management experience across paid media, partner programs, webinars, and multi-channel demand motions. 4. Revenue and data fluency, including deep comfort with Salesforce for funnel conversion analysis and performance reporting. 5. Experience managing and optimizing paid demand budgets. 6. Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution. 7. Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executive stakeholders. 8. Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. 9. High levels of ownership, analytical rigor, curiosity, and hustle.
