Job Description

Take charge of Labrynth's pipeline as the key marketing focus, concentrating on income generated and impacted. Develop adaptable programs for demand generation through a combination of outbound efforts, content creation, paid advertising experiments, events, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) aimed at high-priority accounts. Lead product marketing across chosen sectors by establishing messaging, creating sales enablement resources, gathering competitive data, and communicating pricing. Manage Labrynth's story and category positioning in core sectors like advanced nuclear licensing, labor compliance, municipal permitting, and regulatory benchmarking. Create a strong content strategy that builds over time, including founder-written articles, technical information, customer success stories, and original research. In collaboration with the CEO, develop the growth narrative, covering market size, competition, and success stories.

Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of experience building B2B marketing functions within regulated sectors. 2. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role at a seed or Series A startup. 3. Proven experience creating a marketing function from the ground up, with demonstrable results. 4. Experience marketing to regulated buyers across energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, government tech, permitting, compliance, or financial services. 5. Skilled in generating earned media through direct engagement with reporters and analysts, particularly in areas like government tech, regulatory tech, energy, infrastructure, AI, and compliance. 6. Advanced proficiency with Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and contemporary marketing tools.
