Job Description

Lead and expand the CRO and experimentation program on the app and web. Drive mobile-first optimization, improving conversion across app flows. Implement and manage feature flag systems for rapid and secure releases. Design and execute high-quality A/B tests and experimentation frameworks. Identify pain points throughout the funnel: registration, purchase, upsell, and retention. Delve into user behavior: funnels, cohorts, drop-off points, and session analysis. Drive continuous improvements to UX, usability, and conversion flows. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to launch experiments quickly. Build and lead a multifunctional CRO team (experimentation, analytics, operations). Establish a culture of experimentation throughout the company (speed and rigor). Define clear metrics to measure impact on conversion rate and revenue.

Qualifications

1. 8-12 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Product Growth roles. 2. Strong experience optimizing mobile applications (iOS and Android). 3. Proven track record of improving conversion at scale for B2C products. 4. Hands-on experience with feature flags (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Firebase, Statsig). 5. Expert in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation systems. 6. Deep understanding of user experience, consumer behavior, and funnel optimization. 7. Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams. 8. Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.). 9. Fluency in English. 10. Residence in Dublin or anywhere in Europe (outside of Spain).
