GTM Data Operations Lead
Job Description
Take charge of crafting a streamlined, scalable process for gathering and compiling account lists, empowering our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to focus on targeted sales initiatives. Spearhead the management of the account list creation process for GTM, directly supporting the team's pursuit of focused sales endeavors. Drive initiatives aimed at generating innovative data signals or intelligence, collaborating closely with both our Data Engineering and GTM teams. Serve as the resident expert on account data, advising GTM on the selection of appropriate data attributes for constructing effective account lists. Produce account lists for GTM stakeholders, grounded in clearly defined requirements and leveraging diverse datasets. Establish a collaborative partnership with our SaaS Platform team to ensure a consistent influx of fresh platform lists at the top of the sales funnel.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Strategy Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Analytics is required. 2. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of challenges, investigate their underlying causes, and ensure effective execution of solutions. 3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership when necessary. 4. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to addressing and resolving unique business challenges. 5. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. 6. Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools is essential.
