GTM Analytics Engineer
Job Description
Become a key player as a GTM Analytics Engineer, enhancing data utilization across our revenue operations. In this role, you will: - Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to improve targeting and pipeline quality. - Design and implement GTM workflows to enrich prospect data at scale, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Identify and automate repetitive manual processes within the RevOps organization, creating custom pipelines where necessary. - Architect integrations across the entire GTM tech stack to maximize data fidelity and reduce friction between systems. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to drive GTM strategy and execution.
Qualifications
To excel in this GTM Analytics Engineer role, you should have: 1. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. 2. A deep understanding of RevOps workflows and the complete GTM motion, from prospecting to renewal. 3. An owner mindset, proactively addressing business problems as your own. 4. Proven experience in building systems that drive pipeline growth. 5. Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python. 6. Experience with tools like Clay, Salesforce, n8n, and Snowflake.
