Growth Product Manager

Job Description

As a Growth Product Manager, you will: * **Acquisition Strategy:** Work closely with the Media, SEO, CRO, and Creative teams to ensure that the traffic attracted aligns with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and demonstrates a strong likelihood of conversion. * **Funnel Optimization (Trial-to-Paid):** Pinpoint areas of inefficiency in the user journey, spanning from landing pages to the product's pivotal "Aha! Moment." * **Collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Team:** Manage a high-performing team that includes a product lead, front-end/back-end developers, product designers, data analysts, marketing experts, and growth operations specialists to implement a comprehensive experimentation roadmap. * **Experimentation Culture:** Foster a continuous cycle of hypothesis development, prioritization, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, guaranteeing that insights are meticulously documented and expanded. * **Business Acumen:** Scrutinize business metrics to verify that user growth is both sustainable and financially advantageous for the SaaS model.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. **Experience:** A demonstrated history of successfully managing digital products, ideally within B2B SaaS environments. 2. **Growth Background:** In-depth knowledge of acquisition and conversion strategies, with a significant advantage given to those with Product-Led Growth experience. 3. **Data Proficiency:** The capability to conduct intricate funnel analyses, along with familiarity with tools like Metabase, PostHog, GA4, and SQL. 4. **Influential Leadership:** The capacity to guide senior, cross-functional teams without direct authority, thereby promoting effective communication between technical and business functions. 5. **Results Focus:** A mindset of a "funnel owner," characterized by aggressively prioritizing experiments that drive revenue metrics and expanding insights to ensure sustained growth. 6. **Proactivity:** A proactive approach to proposing innovative experimentation methods and inventive solutions, acting autonomously to resolve challenges and maintain continuous growth momentum.
